Shipping policy

Please make sure you have written your address and contact details clearly and correctly. Incomplete address might cause delay in the delivery of your order.  In any case that we are not able to deliver to your address, we will contact you through your contact details.

All shipments will take approximately 2-3 working days for Jakarta area and 3-6 working days for outside Jakarta area. (Some cities may take additional days).

Items lost or damaged during shipment are not our responsibility.
